Duane JaquillardDuane E. "Butch" Jaquillard passed through heavens gate on the morning of January 29, 2019, at Hospice of NW Ohio.

Butch was born on July 16, 1944, to Marvin A. and Jayne M. (Teachout) Jaquillard. Butch graduated in 1962 from Clay High School and was employed at Dana Corporation retiring in 1992. He has resided in Bradenton Florida for the past 17 years.

Butch was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Ed and Merl; stepmother Alicia Vazquez-Jaquillard. He is survived by his son Dean (Lisa) Jaquillard; daughter DeAnne (Dave) Deiter; Grandchildren Chris Jaquillard, Megan, and Michael Deiter. Brother Keith Jaquillard, Las Vegas, NV; and Stepbrother Luis (Edith) Vazquez Parma, OH; and many nieces and nephews.

Butch was a huge sports fan especially of The Wisconsin Badgers football team also Tampa Bay Rays, Cleveland Indians, Tampa Bay Lighting, and NASCAR. Butch was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bradenton. He previously served on the church council among many other committees. He had many loyal friends that he enjoyed throughout the years. Funeral services will be private. Any contributions can be made to the Ability Center of NW Ohio, Hospice of NW Ohio, or the donor's choice. A celebration of his life will be held later this summer.
