JoAnn M. Skaggs, 54, of Starr Ave., Oregon, died Wednesday, September 16, 1998, in St. Charles-Mercy Hospital. Mrs. Skaggs was employed by both Craftmaster and Libbey Glass.

Surviving are her brother, James (Florence) West and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by grand nieces and nephews, and 1 great-grandniece.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road at Starr Ave., with visitation to be held also on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
